Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate and comprehensive care to all patients through expert and effective physical therapy methods. We will motivate and direct each patient to achieve mutually established therapy goals in a professional, fun, and outside of the box environment.

Our Team

Arpella Health Mitch Stanley, DPT

Mitch Stanley, DPT

Mitch is the founder and owner of Arpella Physical Therapy. Mitch earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Monmouth University and then continued his post graduate education at Old Dominion University where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009. Since earning his doctorate, he has put extensive work into Functional Movement Systems and Functional Manual Therapy training. Further focus has been geared towards intensive Functional Dry Needling training both for trigger point dry needling as well as for Subcutaneous Fascial Needling through Myopain Seminars. Mitch is a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level II and Junior Level II golf certified professional. He is proud to incorporate his extensive background and work with Original Strength involving the use of primitive movement patterns into the individualized treatment plans that he creates. In his spare time, when Mitch is not rolling, crawling, or playing hide and seek with his two daughters and son, Mitch enjoys getting out in nature for some paddleboarding and mountain biking.

Mitch splits his time between the Arnold and the Edgewater location.

 

Logan Crawford, DPT

Logan began his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a Bachelor degree in Health and Rehabilitative Sciences. He promptly continued with his graduate studies at Slippery Rock University where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2016. He has since found a primary focus in orthopedics in which he has received certification in Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling as well as becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. Logan also has a clinical focus on sports and recreational injury rehab and prevention utilizing Functional Movement System screening. He is a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level II golf certified professional, who has a true love for the game. When not on the golf course, you will find Logan enjoying time with his wife and son hiking and kayaking.

Logan is full-time at the Arnold location.
